Online Industry Veteran Toby Gabriner Joins Leading Site-representation Network Tribal Fusion as President
EMERYVILLE, CA. - November 3, 2008 –Tribal Fusion®, the online advertising network and leading site-representation company owned by Exponential® Interactive, Inc., today announced that Toby Gabriner, former CEO of Adzilla, will be joining the company as President. Gabriner will help further develop and implement strategies for Tribal Fusion to provide the most comprehensive online advertising solutions for advertising agencies and Fortune 1000 clients.

Toby joins Tribal Fusion with more than 10 years of experience in the online industry. Gabriner started as President of Freestyle Interactive - an interactive advertising agency acquired by Carat Interactive in 2003. After serving as COO, Gabriner soon took on the role of President of Carat Fusion, where he oversaw all aspects of the interactive division of Carat in the US, including five offices, 275 employees and a stable of blue chip clients including Pfizer, Adidas, RadioShack, Kodak and Philips and grew revenues and profits over 50% annually and quadrupled media billings. In 2006, Toby moved over to the technology side and joined [x+1], a marketing optimization and media company, as CEO. Most recently, Gabriner was CEO of Adzilla, a company focused on utilizing data to provide advertisers with audience insights.
