TRIBAL FUSION OPENS NEW SALES OFFICE IN PHILIPPINES
Tribal Fusion continues expansion in Asia Pacific with new office and appointment of Roderick Santiago as Business Director – Philippines

Manila, January 25, 2010 – As part of its continuing expansion in the APAC region, Tribal Fusion® the digital marketing solutions company owned by Exponential Interactive, Inc.®, today announced the opening of a new regional sales office in the Philippines. The company also announced the appointment of Roderick Santiago as Business Director. In this new role, Roderick will be responsible for driving Tribal Fusion’s business operations in the Philippines and developing new business opportunities in the region.

The Asia Pacific region has experienced tremendous growth in Internet usage in the past decade due to increased broadband and wireless availability. In the past year alone, Internet usage has increased 22% in the Asia Pacific region with 477 million more people online, according to comScore’s report ‘State of the Internet with a focus on Asia Pacific’ released in November 2009. Consequently, the APAC online advertising industry is expected to grow by more than 60%.

Prior to Tribal Fusion, Roderick worked with Yahoo! Southeast Asia Pte Ltd. for more than 5 years managing key markets - Singapore, the Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam. At Yahoo!, Roderick held various roles ranging from Sales Manager to Account Manager and Search Engine Marketing Specialist. He was also the Lead Sales Manager for the Travel, Food & Beverage and Electronics verticals. In the early stages of his career, he worked with SingTel, SITEL and Unisys Malaysia.

Tribal Fusion’s current presence in the Asia Pacific region includes offices in Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Hong Kong, India, and now the Philippines.
