Marv Tseu has been a serial entrepreneur who has substantial executive and Board expertise. In addition to being Exponential's® Chief Operating Officer, Marv also serves as Chairman of the Board of Plantronics, a publicly traded, $800 million revenue company focused on digital headsets for the enterprise and consumer. Marv has always been at the cutting edge of the technology evolution and has substantial operating experience as a CEO in both private and public companies. He was a member of the Plantronics senior management team from 1984 to 1996 and led the $170 million leveraged buy out of the company and then took it public. He later went on to found SiteSmith, a co-location managed services company, in late 1999. Marv grew the business from one location and 11 people to over 400 people and 25 locations worldwide. The company was successfully sold to Metromedia Fiber Network just prior to its IPO for $1.4 billion. He was also a venture partner at ComVentures, a Silicon Valley venture capital firm.
